SellCrate automates actions on your Amazon account that you authorize. You're the seller and you're always in the driver's seat. We just do the repetitive work you point us at, the way you've set it up.
The tools do exactly what you tell them to do. What you actually get. Sales, margin, buy-box, recovered inventory. Depends on things I don't control: your pricing strategy, the quality and age of your inventory, your categories, your competition, and the settings you choose. Two sellers running the same tool can get very different outcomes. That's normal.
The default settings you'll see are the exact ones I personally run in my own store. They're a sensible starting point. Not a magic formula, and not a promise. What works for my inventory may not work for yours. Treat them as a starting line and tune them to your business. You can change every setting any time.
I built these tools because they help me, and I think they'll help you. But every store is different, so I can't promise any specific result, profit, or ranking. You use SellCrate at your own discretion. To the fullest extent allowed by law, SellCrate and its owner aren't liable for losses or missed sales that follow from using the tools.
